Could you please advise if your account is already verified and if yes, since when exactly? What are all those other bonuses there and how do you know which one is the loyalty bonus?

Please take one more look at the terms as it clearly states that the bonus will be added on first Monday of the month not the first day which in this case was August 7th.

However your case still makes a little no sense, why did you submit the complaint or contact the casino on 15th of August only - that way it was obviously expired. If the bonus was credited 9.8., why didn't you used it until 12.8.?

Such low withdrawal limit is not so usual and the casino should definitely allow higher withdrawals as it would take ages to withdrawal a higher amount. I'm not sure how else could we help you if you already lost your balance. Did you also request them to close your account?

Regarding your initial issue with the bonus, it doesn't matter if it got credited later then it should have as if the wagering is available for 3 days after receiving the spins, you still had time to wager it (meaning if you received them 9.8., the wagering was available until 12.8.)
