The player from United Kingdom has requested a refund of all the deposits after realizing that the casino uses fake games. After a closer examination, we ended up rejecting this complaint as unjustified. The player received the same statement from the Licensing Authority.

Hi I joined four crowns

played a few games and noticed on novibet and netent the games seemed weird

the return was very very poor

I communicated with casino who just offered a bonus

I asked who there licence was with they said Curacao

I contacted Curacao e gaming who firmly stared they are no part of. This casino

at this point I realised something was wrong i closedown account

I then contacted netent who have emailed back and said they are doing an investigation into the fake games but they are struggling and very much doubt the games are genuine

I have countless times emailed casino and said I want my deposits back it’s fraud and false advertising I payed for something I never got

again they ignore me

I’m waiting on netent to finally confirm but they have more or less said the games are fake

I have emailed the Curacao gambling board who issue licences just waiting on reply and I have informed novibet as there games look fake too

the casino is committing fraud

payments on bank statement look weird too

have you any advice ?

trading standards are also aware and I have asked casino for a list of my transactions but they will not reply

surely this is illegal

any help would be so appreciated

Thanks had a reply from netent and they have confirmed 100%the games are FAKE also had a response from the Netherlands goverment and they have asked me to pass on the info I have I guess I will never see the money and to be honest it’s more about the fraud they are committing

Got nowhere with this scam casino

they refused to return deposits

they do as they please within no licence and fake games
