I deposited £150 GBP on 09/11/2025. Since that date I have not been able to access my account, I entered my email on the 'reset password' but no email comes through to my email. I get in touch with the manager and he told me that my payment was voided because of article 12 and the team has decided to deduce the winnings but he can't give me details. Strange !
