The player from Ireland had his account fully verified and requested a €1000 withdrawal on 04.07.24, which was initially rejected. After submitting additional documents, he requested the withdrawal again on 09.07.24, but it remained pending without any clear information from the casino. The player was also unable to request a further €222 withdrawal due to the pending transaction. We were unable to assist further as the issue pertained to sports betting, which fell outside our scope of complaints regarding online casinos. The player was advised to contact the casino directly for resolution.

Hello

I had my account fully verified, I won some money and wanted to withdraw it so I've requested 1000EUR withdrawal on 04.07.24 It got rejected day later and they requested from me, additional documents, selfie with document and document confirming my phone which I did. On 09.07.24 I requested again withdrawal of 1000EUR and it is still pending, I contacted them multiple times, they always says they don't have any information when it will be processed etc. My account is fully verified, all documents they asked, I sent them and still they don't process withdrawal...

I'm waiting over week for withdrawal of 1000EUR and I have still 222EUR left that I would also withdraw but I can't request it as limit of withdrawal has been reached due this 1 pending withdrawal.

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. We are sorry to hear about the issue with your withdrawal and understand your concern. However, please bear in mind that it’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests. 

That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint. 

If your account has been successfully verified, your game history checked, your withdrawal approved by the casino, and you still haven't received your winnings by 14 days since requesting the withdrawal, please, let us know and we will intervene and try to help you.

I still not received any money from 21.red, soon it will be 3 weeks since I 1st time requested a withdrawal, all documents required were provided already.
