I requested a withdrawal on the website 2 days ago, on 04/06/2022. At first, before, I had requested 2 withdrawals which were processed and deposited in my Bank in a matter of minutes. However, the last one of 1,460.00 BRL was not credited to my bank account. I was surprised because it took so long. I contacted the chat several times and they just told me to wait 48 hours. I waited 48 hours and the funds were not credited to my bank. I entered the chat and the support simply does not respond to me. It seems that this site uses as a strategy, to seduce the customer, to quickly pay the first withdrawal requests for beginners, but then, in the next withdrawal requests, it no longer fulfills the commitment to pay the customer. I have this feeling about the site. I hope I'm wrong with that impression about this site.

I made 4 successful withdrawals. Their total was 1,708.95 BRL. I was never asked to verify my account to make these withdrawals. The last time I processed a withdrawal was on June 3rd.
I believe they will request a verification to further delay the withdrawal.
This site is unbelievable. Support is a big shame. The attendants ignore you.
