Hello, i'm trying to withdraw 1350€ from my balance but everytime i do a withdraw request it is declined after few minutes or hours. withdraw methods are Visa/Mastercard or crypto. i tried both without results. I filled more than 10 withdraw requests and all of them has been declined. i tried to contact support but seems to be an automatic reply. everytime they say to keep to try to withdraw until it works but is not the solution. could you please help me?

I would like to inform you that after more than 20 withdrawal attempts with different methods, finally a bitcoin withdrawal request has been approved and the founds has been correctly transferred on my personal wallet.
