I registered with 1win because I have a well-received Facebook page in Latin America. They asked me to collaborate with them and created an affiliate code for me. I registered at the casino without using my code because I spoke with them and said I needed to verify the functionality of the site before recommending it to my audience.
While testing the system, I made 5 deposits totaling 500k ARS. I ended up winning and had 1,050,681.89 ARS in my account. I attempted to withdraw my funds starting on August 20, 2024, but received no response. On August 23, I made my last attempt, and they told me I needed to verify my documents. They responded saying they would get back to me within 14 days.
I made 5 deposits because on 3 occasions the site crashed and my balance wasn't credited, even though they still debited my account. So, I had issues from the start. After showing them my bank statements, they finally credited my balance. My intention was only to deposit 200k ARS.
Today, September 4, they responded, asking for a photo of my credit card or, alternatively, my bank statement. There’s no way I would send a picture of my card! Firstly, because as a lawyer, I know that no institution, not even banks, can ask for this information. I sent my bank statement, but they insisted on images of my card.
I feel that regardless of the outcome, I was very cautious and didn't mislead my audience. If you would be so kind, I demand a solution.
Me registre en 1 win porque poseo un página de Facebook de gran acogida en Latinoamérica, me pidieron que colabore con ellos y me crearon código de afiliado. Me registre en el Casino sin usar mi código, porque hable con ellos y les dije que debía coroborar la funcionalidad de la página antes de recomendarlo a mi audiencia.
Probando el sistema realice 5 depósito de un total de 500kARS, pude salir victorioso y tenía 1.050.681.89 ARS en mi cuenta, intente realizar mi retiro desde el 20 de agosto de 2024. Y no obtenía respuesta. El 23 de Agosto realice mi ultimo intento y me indicaron que debía verificar mis documentos. Me respondieron que contestarían en 14 días.
Realice 5 depositos por que en 3 ocasiones la página se colgo y no se acreditaba el saldo sin embargo me realizaron el débito, así que tuve problemas desde un inicio. La solución despues de mostrar mis estados de cuenta fue acreditarme el saldo. Mi intención solo fue depositar 200kARS.
El día de hoy 4 de septiembre me contestaron, pidiendome foto de mi tarjeta de crédito o en su defecto podía enviar mi estado de cuenta. Ni loco! Enviaría foto de mi tarjeta, primero porque como abogado que soy ninguna institución incluso los bancos puede solicitarte esta información. Envie mi estado de cuenta, pero me respondieron insistiendo en imágenes de mi tarjeta.
Siento que independientemente del resultado fui muy precavido y no perjudique a mi audiencia, y si fueran tan amables exijo una solución
