I won the amount of 50850 rupees and when I tried to withdraw the amount to my card received a message says "Withdrawal of funds is suspended" and asking me to pay 13% of the last win amount to activate withdrawal. So I paid 50850*0.13= 6610.5. Instead of 6610.5, I paid 6610 rupees. But that 6610 was added to the withdrawal limit and again it is asking for 13% of last win amount. Now amount 57460 is stuck at withdrawal. Could anyone help me with this. Attached the screenshots for reference.

Also please advise me on which amount that I need to pay in order to activate withdrawal.

Thanks

Additional comments from the player:

"I am planning to play on 1win casino and I am confused because of an issue that happened to one of my friends. Below are the issue details and related screenshots. Please help and clarify me.

My friend won bets worth Rs.50850 and tried to withdraw the amount to his card. While doing so he got an error message states that "Withdrawal is suspended due to suspicious account activity. To activate withdrawal, he need to pay 13%of commision of last win amount". 13% of last win amount is Rs. 6610.5 (50850*.13). He paid Rs. 6610 instead of 6610.5. And I think because of 0.5 difference he again got the same message and asked for 13% of last win amount. Now the withdrawal amount was increased to 57460 (50850+6610).

Is 1win really asking for commision to activate withdrawal??

If Yes,

1. How much money do need to pay now?? 13% of 50850 or 13% of 54760??

2. Once he paid the amount, will the amount stuck in withdrawal be directly transferred to his card? Or should he need to withdraw the amount again??

If No - Is there any fraudulent things happened to him?

Please enlighten me. Appreciate you help.

Note: I dont know his email ID. So i have given mine"

Hello,

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m sorry to hear about your withdrawal problem. Please allow me to ask you a few questions, so I can understand the whole situation completely. Could you please clarify if this issue is related to you personally or to your friend? From the forwarded screenshots I understood that there has been an accusation of suspicious activities, could you please elaborate? Have you, or your friend, been accused of opening multiple accounts?

I hope we will be able to help you to resolve this issue and receive your winnings as soon as possible. Looking forward to hearing from you.

Best regards,

Petronela

Thanks for your response. It is related to my friend and not to me. Since the first post portrayed like i was affected by the casino, i created another post stating all the details.

And to answer the second question, no we were not accused for opening multiple accounts. First of all casino will not allow us open multiple accounts with same Mail or Mobile number.

Appreciate your help.
