I had a withdraw bug where I cant cancel the withdraw and I didnt receive my money on my crypto wallet. I contacted the support team and their response is "please wait 48 hours, because withdraws take up to 48 hours". During this time, My game account was blocked and I did not receive any email from support/security team why. I tried to contact them, but nothing worked out. 389000 INR still not received, I think its on my balance, and they just stole my money, and refused to withdraw. Moreover, my total deposits are more than 5000000 inr and they treat me like that...
