The player from the UK is struggling to contact casino support regarding his delayed withdrawal. We rejected the complaint because the player didn't respond to our messages and questions.
Waiting now 4 weeks for my 700 pound, I get no response via mail anymore, first they said I have to provide I'd proof of address and a pic of my bank card. Since them nothing. I make now claimant by court, I have all mails and screenshots.
