The support asked him to deposit also using a credit card, but this transfer was declined by the player’s bank. The casino refuses to pay the player without a successful deposit by credit card. Hello, I took advantage of the free registration bonus at this casino. I managed to meet wagered and after that I reduced the money to $ 10, because that is the maximum win from this promotion.

I verified my account fully, I sent photos of ID card + selfie and driving license photos, I also verified the phone number and passed additional verification via the telegram application and what's up .... then I was ordered to make a deposit ... so I made a deposit using Payeer, support wrote that a minimum deposit is enough to unlock the payment channel.

2 days passed and unfortunately I did not receive the withdrawal despite the fact that all the documents were accepted and I was informed in advance that all I had to do now was wait for the withdrawal. Unfortunately, after 2 days I got an answer that to make my withdrawal a next deposit should be made .... and it must be a credit card deposit ... I don't use bank accounts, but I created an account and wanted to make this deposit but ... I don't know why my bank will decline the payment ... maybe it is because of the anti-hazard law introduced in my country? ...

However, the casino has not withdrawn my $ 10 win for 2 months ... it is strange to me and I suspect that the casino can be a scam. because despite the fact that I passed the verification positively and made a minimum Payeer deposit (Payeer account to make a transaction I also need to have verified and I have verified) they did not complete the withdrawal ... They further claim that I have to make another deposit by credit card ... and this is not possible because my the bank declines this transaction ... please help

hello, thank you for the answer in my case, I know that this is not a large amount but it still makes casinos suspicious in my opinion

In my opinion, this is a strange excuse because, I verified myself with the documents that are accepted and continue to write after entering the documents tab that the documents are accepted. Then I went over what's up because they asked so.

I note that at the beginning I asked what method I should make a deposit to withdraw my $ 10 win. Support wrote that no matter what method of deposit, but I have to make a deposit to be able to withdraw later using the same method I used to make the deposit. In general, a strange thing, the more that you can check that in my country in Poland, there is an anti-hazard act and such payments can be blocked.

What do I blame for the casino? but if you have to make a deposit with a credit card to withdraw from their casino, why didn't they write it right away? it puzzles me

I also have a screen showing the acceptance of documents by the casino, verification of what's up and conversations with support in which they ensure that the money will reach me, I just have to wait because after talking to what's up they forwarded my withdrawal to the payment department ...

I will add that I can attach a screen with Payeer, confirming the verification of the Payeer account, moreover, to be able to use Payeer the account must be verified otherwise I could not make a deposit to the casino ....I also have a record of verification through what's up where you can see our conversation ...
