The player from France has requested a withdrawal almost three weeks ago. It has been received.
Since October 6, 2021 I have been waiting for the Ybet casino to pay my winnings, they informed me by email on October 7, 2021 that my winnings would be paid within 2 to 3 days by transfer to my account, but nothing since. not to my emails, on the Hervé or Solene chat are not precise and answer each time I ask for my money it will come ... problem with our bank.
Since then they blocked me on the chat.
I deposited 150 € on 10/06/21 on this casino, there was 150 € more by the casino, I won 1300.00 € they took back their 150 € because there are no conditions of bet, they took me the sum of 25 € for the processing of withdrawal of my gain in 24 hours, and must pay me the sum of 1275 €.
Depuis le 6 octobre 2021 j'attends que le casino Ybet paie mes gains, ils m'ont annoncés par mail le 7 octobre 2021 que mes gains seraient payés sous 2 à 3 jours par virement sur mon compte, mais rien depuis.Ils ne répondent pas à mes mails, sur le tchat Hervé ou Solene ne sont pas précis et répondent à chaque fois que je demande mon argent ça va venir ...problème avec notre banque.
Depuis ils m'ont bloqués sur le tchat.
J'ai déposé 150€ le 06/10/21 sur ce casino, il y'avais 150€ de plus par le casino, j'ai gagné 1300.00€ ils ont repris leurs 150€ car il n'y a pas de conditions de mise, ils m'ont prit la somme de 25€ pour le traitement de retrait de mon gain en 24H, et doivent me verser la somme de 1275€.

It’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. Assuming that you have completed KYC verification successfully and had your withdrawal approved, I truly believe it’s only a matter of time before you’ll receive it.

Le casino a approuvés mes documents demandés depuis le 7/10/21, dans un mail du 7/10/21 ils me disent que mes gains seront sur mon compte dans un délai de 2 à 3 jours, sauf que 3 semaines après ils ne m'ont pas payés mes gains. Je ne peux plus faire de réclamation sur leurs tchat Solene m'a bloquée depuis le 22/10/21 jamais vu un service client agire de cette façon qui n'est pas professionnel du tout.Ils ne répondent pas à mes mails ou je réclame le paiement de mes gains, je ne veux pas faire de problème au casino je veux juste qu'ils paient mes gains
Non je n'ai pas de problème avec mon compte c'est juste le casino qui ne paie pas.
C'était la 1ere fois pour moi sur ce casino que je gagnais et je suis déçue de voir que mes gains ne sont pas payer

I had Hervé yesterday from the casino's customer service on their chat, I asked him why my payment of € 1275 had still not been paid on my account for 3 weeks, he replied that it was a problem with their bank and that I would have my money in my account in 5 working days, then like Solene he too chatted and blocked me. I don't understand how a casino's customer service can have such an attitude with their players. In 10 days it will be 1 month that I wait for them to pay me my earnings on my account

I see that the casino does not respond to your invitation to speak out about my problem with them, they are already not responding to my emails, the last message on their chat with Hervé Date of November 2, 2021 or he tells me that other players were paid last week, he relaunch the casino for me, after 1 month and 2 days I still have not received my winnings, they block me on their chat so I ask more than they me pay my earnings of 1275 € it was 1300 € but they take 25 € of treatment in 24 hours while nothing for more than a month.
I will file a complaint against the Ybet.com casino today November 8, 2021 with Curaçao eGaming, having all proof, email and chat from Ybet.com, to receive my winnings since they do not pay my winnings

Je vais déposer plainte contre le casino Ybet.com aujourd'hui le 8 novembre 2021 auprès de Curaçao eGaming, ayant toutes preuves mail et chat de Ybet.com, pour recevoir mes gains puisque qu'ils ne paie pas mes gains
