It’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. That’s why we advise players to be patient and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before they submit a complaint.

hello again Petronela: these people from Ybet seem to pay but do not comply with the terms and conditions. Last Friday, the 29th, they sent me an email saying that they had already transferred the €1,875 from my withdrawal and that it would take at most 2 or 3 business days to receive them, but more days have passed and nothing has arrived.
