I've had an account with them now for ever and all of a sudden they won't verify my account when I try to cash out the 100 I won. I also added 10$ but didn't know I wouldn't be able to access it til my accounts verified. I've sent my documents 3 times to them since yesterday and still nothing. This is crazy and irritating cuz I have bills to pay

Please understand that KYC is a very important and essential process, during which the casino makes sure that the money is sent to the rightful owner. As they don't have the luxury of being able to physically see all of the players and check their identification and documents, this is the only way gambling establishments are able to complete the verification procedures. None of the serious and licensed casinos take KYC lightly and it might take a few working days to complete this thorough process. 

Could you please advise which documents you have already provided and when exactly did you send the last one?

The documents that I sent were a picture of my photo ID front and back my social security card and a picture of me holding the ID the last one was sent this morning at 11-17-2023

So now im wondering since I spent tge money on my account. Where the 10$ is that I added the other day that they said I woukdnt get til my account was verified. THEY RIPPED ME OFF IF I DONT GET IT

Do I understand correctly that your current withdrawable amount in your account is zero?

Please bear in mind that the verification is usually requested when the player submits a withdrawal request. This means you will be asked to send your identity documents when you play with your $10 deposit, win something, and ask for a cashout.

Yea now it is since they wanted to keep giving me the run a round and not verifying my account I played it and am in the process of closing that account
