Hi, in a nutshell I used the welcome bonus and by winning I exceeded the wagering requirements in order to withdraw a win with the bonus. Then I had to deposit in order to withdraw and I put on the withdrawal the sum won .. sent all documentation .. the withdrawal request was rejected. Then another email comes to me that says that as a first withdrawal I can withdraw a maximum of € 200 and so I changed the withdrawal amount to € 200 ... and I was asked for the documentation again and I sent everything.
