The player's account got closed last year for unknown reason. The complaint will be now closed as the player stopped responding.
Back in February last year I was playing on this site and won €2559.2. I verified my account completely to withdraw the money and they closed my account and didn't pay me and never gave me a reason why.

Could you please advise when exactly did they close your account? Why are you trying to resolve this issue only after a year and half? Did you ever contact the casino or did they ever respond to you since your account got closed? Was your balance purely real money or you used a bonus to accumulate it?

They closed it on 28th January 2021. I'm not only trying now, I've been trying ever since with no luck from any regulatory sites to far as the site are just criminals blatantly breaking the law and no one will hold them accountable. They only ever respond saying I needed to verify my account and then not responding when I send them what they asked for. I used my own money.
