I get a daily limit withdrawal has been reached message. I've been told that the LIVE platform has a 8M TRX (GLOBAL) daily limit, which is way too low for the overall platform. You have to wait for the next day and have luck that some whale hasn't withdrawn before you.

Could you please advise if you have tried to communicate this issue with casino? Have you withdrawn any funds successfully in the past? I have checked general terms and conditions unfortunately; I haven’t found any withdrawal limits. Nevertheless, they shouldn’t apply for the entire platform, but for each player individually.

Yes. I've asked about it on their telegram channel and the answer is that there is a 8M TRX withdrawal limit for the entire platform. They applied it when they got their Live platform exploited (more than once that I'm aware off) and haven't removed it since then.
This is the text from their help bot on telegram:
As a security measure there is a withdrawal limit of 8 million trx on the entire live platform and 500k trx per wallet daily
Once it is reached you cannot withdraw even if it's small or your first withdrawal
It is a rolling limit, meaning there is no fixed time for limit to reset. For example if 2 million trx is withdrawn now the same amount will be available for withdrawal after 24 hours
If you don't succeed in withdrawing try again later. Note that when the Livedrop pool turns negative beyond a certain threshold withdrawals are suspended automatically.

I have checked the information what you provided and truly there is a withdrawal limit for all the transactions in TRX.
But I didn't find other people complaining about it, the common answer is that you need to try it. Could you please confirm that you tried it already multiple times and without success?
Well, there was another user with the same issue yesterday in the spanish channel, so I guess it's for everyone, wouldn't make sense it only affects me.
However I would like to say that I have lost those 45k TRX 🙁 I couldn't withdraw them so I ended playing with them as I couldn't find any option to ban myself from gambling in the site while waiting for withdrawals to be enabled.
Is it normal for a casino to not have such option ? that really hurts 🙁

It looks like this problem affects only TRX accounts. The bitcoin accounts have unlimited withdrawals. I checked the telegram, and few people were talking about this rule, but I didn't saw people complaining. I can hardly say how to approach in this case, but because you lost the money, there is nothing that we can do now.
I will make a warning about this rule and I will put this warning into the casino review page.

Sorry but, were do you see BTC deposits / withdrawals on WINk ? I only have TRX, BTT and USDT options.
I checked it and the BTC withdrawals are available only for another account type. However, with this account type, you can't play the game. Because of this, we decided to lower the rating of the casino.
Unfortunatelly you lost all your money, and therefore, we are unable to help you now. We are closing this complaint as "rejected".
