The casino is scam... the advertising says 100% match.. there is no match and no free spins also there is no chat or support.. ive been trying to reach chat for 2 days now... the bot comes right away and say hi can I help you.. the 15 mins later another bot comes and say all staff busy... then that's it.. nothing at all.. 100% scam site do not deposit ot play here

Hi.. yes i used the money.. its a scam site and I at least didn't wanna have my money sitting there.. I let it wait for 2 days before used it.. and yes I had to select the bonus before deposit.. and yes I emailed the site and also try chatting in the chat for 3 more days and still no response

Unfortunately, if you used the balance there is nothing we can do from now on. If you experience such issue again, the deposit must remain untouched until the matter is resolved with the casino.

As you have lost the balance, the bonus is not fundable now and the deposit is no longer refundable.
