Hello !

I have a blocked account from vulkan vegas casino.

they told me that the reason was login via vpn.

I have never used vpn to enter the casino or I have been in another country outside of Bulgaria and tried to play.

they say that on 01.07.2022 I logged in via vpn.

around 07/08/2022 I submitted the last document - a credit card with my signature on it, for verification and on 07/10/2022 my account was blocked intentionally so that I could not withdraw my winnings

they don't want to give me info like screenshot with my vpn login.

I found many people on the internet with the same problem.

I have 990 euros in the account that I want to withdraw.

I have no reason to use vpn because I play from Bulgaria.
