I decided to leave the money. They opened my profile ... KYC is done ... one of the profiles is blocked ... Other profile is not ... Here where I have KYC done, they told me that I can play ... We'd like to explain the situation with the player.


The player has two accounts:

1) vlado.***ar01@gmail.com - registered on 28.09.2021 07:54:29 (UTC), received no-deposit bonus, welcome bonus pack and several more bonuses.

2) Vlado***her1@gmail.com - registered on 18.11.2022 12:03:34 (UTC), received welcome bonus pack and several more bonuses.


According to the T&Cs, one may open only one account. Also, it breaches the bonus T&Cs.


The player desired to continue playing at Vlado***her1@gmail.com, since the KYC is completed.


Hope this clarifies a bit the situation.
