The player from Denmark had their withdrawal cancelled without further explanation. Even if we assumed that the issue has been resolved, without a confirmation from the player, we were forced to reject this complaint.

Waitet 18 days for a withdrawal of 10.000 euro. Was ensured many times by Howard and support that everything was fine and I had to wait

Now Rejected


Requsted 9 times 1000 now..One is already rejected again


I am verified. They already made on withdrawal of 5000 euro to my bank, so I have eveything correct on my part


But the support is so uprofessionel. No one can tell me why they reject . I don't get any notifications when it happens


Of cause I want my 9000 euro, but need help because no one from the casino can tell me what is going on and I am getting tired of this and the casino

I see this is your second complaint (one was left on the other dispute-resolution service).


I can confirm there has been an issue with bank transfers, and we suggested alternatives.


I see 5 withdrawal requests were successful via Neteller. Can you please confirm?

If so - please kindly make all further requests via Neteller.

Yes..Like I wrote another place I now fight Neteller for my money


You should give your player a notice when you rejct withdrawals and not let them wait so long for nothing..Espeacially when you promise players that it is all good
