The player from Hamburg has been struggling to receive his winnings. We rejected the complaint because the player didn't respond to our messages and questions.
On June 30th I gave 12000 euros in the payout and again and again the payouts are refused. They probably do that in thousand euro steps. I have to apply again and again and so it is always delayed
