Every time the payment is rejected and there is no reason for it, supposedly my bank does not allow it ... ***, tried the credit card and it was not transferred again ... always directed to wait.
No one answers at email support ..
Jedesmal wird die Auszahlung rejected und es gibt keinen Grund dafür, angeblich lasse es meine Bank nicht zu... ***, versuchte es mit der Kreditkarte und es wurde wieder nicht überwiesen... Auf meine Fragen im online Chat wird nicht eingegangen und immer verwiesen ich soll warten.

1st attempt was bank transfer lt casino not possible # my bank rejects it # does not agree I asked the bank
2nd attempt on the credit card was rejected without specification
3rd attempt with another means of payment, again unsuccessful and it always takes a few days until something happens.
After countless emails and no replies, I called there and they always referred to the paying agent where they have no influence.
In the meantime almost 3 weeks have passed and after tens of emails I saw that the transfer had been made, I hope so. Status is in progress ...
I'll wait and see what happens ... It was my first payment but verification was then requested twice with all possible data ...

2ter Versuch über die Kreditkarte wurde auch ohne Angabe rejected
3ter Versuch wieder mit einem anderen Zahlungsmittel, wieder erfolglos und es vergehen immer einige Tage bis etwas geschieht.
Nach unzähligen Mails und ohne Antworten darauf, rief ich dort an und sie verwiesen immer auf die Auszahlungsstelle wo sie keinen Einfluß haben.
Mittlerweile sind fast 3 Wochen vergangen und ich sah nach zig Mails, dass die Überweisung durchgeführt wurde, hoffe ich halt. Status ist in progress...
Ich warte mal ab was geschieht... Es war meine erste Auszahlung aber die verifizierung wurde dann 2mal verlangt mit allen möglichen Daten...

Well now I got an answer that is bank transfer to Austria not possible my bank is not listed .... Credit card transfers only possible with pay life ... Everything funny ..
I should use Skrill .. I did it today after the money was rejected again.
