The player from Germany has deposited money into the casino account but the funds seem to be lost. The player confirmed the issue has been resolved.
Good day. Deposited 700 euros via litecoin at Vulkan Vegas 12 days ago and did not get credited. In my litecoin wallet and the support of my wallet confirm receipt of the payment.
Support from Vulkan vegas has been putting me off for the past 12 days that the finance department is working on it and I should wait a few more days. So far all have been received and paid out without any problems but via a different payment method. What can I do now to get my money credited or refunded? Screenshots can follow if needed.

I would like to warn you, that if your deposit has never been credited to your casino account, the only thing you can do is to contact your payment provider. They need to investigate, but bear in mind, that it’s a lengthy process which takes approximately one month. In these cases, casino has its hands tied. Meanwhile, I would strongly recommend not to deposit any more funds until the issue is sorted.
Could you please advise if the e-wallet address to deposit funds into your account was visible on the casino’s website for all the players or if you have been provided a unique one when opening the account?
