I have been vulkan vegas user very long and never had any problems. But today when I tried to log in, it says account blocked. In last few days I made 3 withdrawal requests, in total 5000 eur. I logged in today to see how is going. Withdrawals were still in progress. So I deposited and also played some slots. Didn’t have any problems. Later I wanted to log in again and it wasn’t possible and says account blocked. I think it is not okay to block account when I have pending withdrawals. It is impossible to get contact in vulkan vegas online chat. Doesn’t matter how long I wait there.

Everything is ok. Problem is solved now. Finally got contact with Vulkan Vegas. My account is opened.

Because of my job I visit different countries and it may seem I use vpn. Probably that is why my account was blocked. I sent proofs I have been in different countries and few hours later my account was active and problem solved.
