Hi there I'm trying to make withdrawal but vulkan vegas casino keeps declining me after KYC verification then they asked again for the same documents when I tried to withdraw they approved me then declined my withdrawal again I'm asking the reason and they keep finding excuses asking another photo of my bank card already sent 2 times I have any chat screenshot what can we do for that ?

However, please bear in mind that it’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests.
That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint.

If your account has been successfully verified, your game history checked, your withdrawal approved by the casino, and you still haven't received your winnings by 14 days since requesting the withdrawal, we will intervene and do our best to help you.

That's what I'm saying I passed KYC then played reached 390 first time tryied to withdraw 390 they asked me for another KYC passed again I tried to withdraw 300 this time they declined again I asked the reason they keep saying they need a photo of my bank card also I'm trying to withdraw via Skrill where I can provide you some screenshots from that ?

I contact them today again still not a proper answer I don't think they gonna do anything about the KYC when they start the process check 7 of 9 and it's been a week and I still get the same answer that my request it's been forwarded and I will email when I'm good
