The player from South Korea had had an issue with a pending withdrawal of $13,000 from Vave Casino. Despite repeated communication with the casino's customer service and the VIP manager, there had been no progress in the processing of the withdrawal. The Complaints Team had advised the player that withdrawal processes could sometimes take up to 14 days due to various factors such as KYC verification and high volume of withdrawal requests. The player had been asked to be patient and to notify the team if the withdrawal was still not processed after 14 days. However, the issue had subsequently been resolved to the player's satisfaction.

Hello, I requested a withdrawal of $13,000 from Vave Casino on May 6th at 11:00 PM, but it has not been processed yet. I have all the screenshots available and can provide them if necessary. I have been contacting customer service and the VIP manager regularly, but they only tell me to wait. I would appreciate your assistance.

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. We are sorry to hear about the issue with your withdrawal and understand your concern. However, please bear in mind that it’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests. 

That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with the casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint. 

If your account has been successfully verified, your game history checked, your withdrawal approved by the casino, and you still haven't received your winnings by 14 days since requesting the withdrawal, please, let us know and we will intervene and try to help you.
