I betted 200€, i won 100€ and then my withdrawal was rejected because I had to bet 3 times the deposit first. Like what!? Then, I did so, luckily my balance remained similar, and my withdrawal is pending for a day now, when it was supposed to be instant. Its a 322 USDT withdrawal that should be automatic.


Im really afraid of not getting my money back, customer support is totally useless as well as the discord server.

Could you please advise if your account is already verified and if yes, since when exactly? Did you accumulate your winnings with real money or did you use a bonus? When was the last time you spoke to the casino and what was it about?

So they never asked for any verification. I made a deposit of 210 Usdt, no bonuses at all. I went into live roulette and i was lucky. I had my balance in 325 Usdt and completed wagering requirement (which I also find annoying). The last time I spoke was today and they said "financial department is taking care, they are manually checking all withdrawals". Im really scared I think will lose everything.

My withdrawal keeps getting rejected. I feel that I am not getting money back please help
