Theis deposited 0,001BTC into the casino but later found out that the minimum deposit in this casino was 0,01BTC. When the player contacted the casino support, they were informed that there is nothing they can do. The player is convinced that his deposit cannot be lost. This case was successfully resolved.

I deposited 10 Usd in bitcoin to the casino i the belive it was the min deposit as it is in ALL other deposit methods they have.

I found out later that the min deposit is not 0.001 btc which is around 10 Usd.

Instead it is 0.1 btc which is a little over 100 Usd, which dosent make any sense.

But the Btc was send through blockchain, and have more than 500 confirmations, so there is no doubt that the money has entered the casinos Btc account.

The customerservice tried to convince me that the money i had send to them, was flowing around in the blockchain, and would do so to the end of time :-)

I have used Btc payments for several years, and never heard of that before, and i know when a payment is confirmed on blockchain more than 500 times, the money isnt flowing arround anywhere except on the recipiants account.

I have since send them numerous mails and messages where i have attached screenshots of the payment info from blockchain, and the reciver adress from my account at their casino, but they refuse to answer me back.

I had one answer from support, and it was because i havent deposited enough, it was sad and i could have looked out for the min deposit in Btc, and perhaps i could have done that, but when all other currencies is 10 Usd, except from Btc which is 10 times the min of all others, its mean its an honest mistake i made.

I have reading through their t&c again and again, and i cant see anywhere its written, if you deposit the wrong amount when depositing in Btc, that the casino will keep your deposit.

I know its confirmed in blockchain, and therefor have reached their destination, mabye its listed as not confirmed at the casinos Btc account because it wasnt the correct amount, but if they bothered to look, they will find out its there.

Its not because 10 Usd it that much money, and i really dont care about them, its more the way the casino support is treating me as a player, and first trying with a lie, and when that didnt worked i was told its to bad its your own fault, and the fact they wont answer me back on numerous mails.

I have played at a lot of casinos, and i like the most of them.

But its casinos like this one who makes one losing your joy of playing, and i dont think its cool a casino behaving like that.

As i told their customer service, of course it is me who have to pay the blockchain fee, and i will be happy to do so, if they will reverse the payment and just send my payment back.

Mabye the payment is still listed as not confirmed in their system as it wasnt enough, but thepayment is still paid and delivered, its not flowting around somewhere in the blockchain, because if the payment couldnt be delivered to the btc adress i paid it to, it would have been transferred back to me, and ita not the case.

There was over 600 confirmations on blockchain, which means the recipient have recived the transaction, and i still have the blockchain reciept which shows it.

Its not the amount, i dont think its cool a casino just keep their players money because they make an honest mistake.

Im sure all players will agree with me on this.

I wrote support yesterday, for them to rewoke that so i can have this (bonus) and a ticket was opened.

Ttr casino claims they never have told you there was issued any bonus, and deny every knowlegde about this what so ever, so im sorry i cant consider the complaint as resolved...

Hello, i had my account disabled due to a dispute over a deposit, and in that case there is an ongoing complaint at casino.guru. The admin Jozef tell me in the tread he had been in contact with ttr casino who tells they have issued a 10 Euro no deposit bonus to me (user) and if i consider the complaint as resolved.... I told him in the open tread on casino.guru complaints that as soon as i regain acces to my account at ttr casino and was able to play this issued bonus i would be back and write i have recived the bonus and consider the complaint as resolved... So i try here in livechat instead to see if you can do that so i can enter the account and recive the bonus you tell casino.guru you have issued to me, and i finally can write in the complaint tread that the complaint is resolved from my side also.... As you can see i tried to contact the casinos support immediately after i got your message in my mail the 30/9-2019,  but as i have claimed the whole time, this place dont bother answering back.

So i tried their livechat just now, but they deny every knowledge of what you wrote and also deny to have been in any contact with you, as you can see in the chat transcript i have attached.

I have been in direct communication with the casino representative. This is a direct repply from the TTR casino: 
"I do not know why this complaint ever happened and why you decided to give it a go. It's clearly stated, that the minimum deposit amount for Bitcoin is 10 mBTC (and it's clearly stated both on your website and on the deposit page), which is roughly 90 EUR. We are unable to "reverse" the transaction, because of the nature of the blockchain itself. However, we understand players feelings and will credit him 10 EUR no deposit bonus in the casino.".
We are going to contact them again and inform you about the outcome.

Yes it is easy for them and claim that they have, but as long as they refuse to grant me access to the playeraccount, I will never be able to verify that i have received the bonus, or get the opportunity to play for this, according to the casino     (alleged bonus)

 

You write that you consider the complaint to be resolved and you must at least thank you very much for your help.But im sorry, unfortunately I dont see the complaint as resolved, not as long as the casino refuses to give me access to the playeraccount, in order for me to verify I have recived this bonus, as they claim has been credited to me, and I am given a fair chance by having the option to actually use it, to play for.

They tell you one thing, and they tell me another, which you also can see in the chat transscript i pasted inhere 4/10-2019, where they denied every knowledge about any bonus, and as you can read the livechat told me that NO bonus was credited to the account.

So its clearly impossible to have any chance, when the casino claims one and you believe it, even though i provided you with the livechat transscrips, which clearly proved the opporsite.

But hey i give up.....
