The player from South Africa had requested a withdrawal less than two weeks prior to submitting her complaint. The payment hadn't been processed at that time. We had advised her to be patient as withdrawals could take a couple of days or weeks to get fully processed. We had also extended the timer by 7 days for her response. However, due to the lack of response from the player, we were unable to investigate further and had to reject the complaint.

However, please bear in mind that it’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests.
