Hi

I was playing in this casino and invested 1k already.

My withdrawal been waiting there more than 2 weeks. After 5 business days they make new exccuse to decline my withdrawal request and ask me to do the double verification of my account.

Even i have provided all my ids cards and vouchers.

I have followed rules while playing on deposit bonus money.

I doubt on this website i hope i can get some help here.

Please understand, that KYC is a very important and essential process, during which the casino makes sure that the money is sent to the rightful owner. Each casino is unique and requires different documents from players at different times. It isn’t anything unusual, that the casino requires additional identity verification.

Which documents have you provided and when exactly? Have you submitted all the required documents?

Hi Kristina

I have sent you all the required screenshots communication with them.

Tangiers casino, on 13 December i had deposit bonus which i wagered following their rules and regulations to avoid any delays . I was already verified with them when i started playing.

After wagering the same day i turn 2400 as cash balance..i kept playing that cash balance and made up to 4k.


I did first withdrawal on 19th December..after 5 business days they asked for vouchers of my card which i send them same day and got verified from them .


They asked me to do another withdrew again on 25th of Dec 2021.

They took 5 days and declined it again and wrote i m randomly chosen to get my account verification process which will take 10 business days..


I have made another request...

I am still waiting ,i have no idea how come they are delaying my payout of 4k alott.

I hope i can get some help here.
