I deposited 500 euros in this casino and played with a 100% bonus. I implemented the full bonus and did not violate any bonus rules. In order to be able to request the payout, I had to verify myself beforehand. I did and then requested the payment of 3200 euros. In the chat I was told that the payout would take a maximum of 48 hours.
there has been no payout and there are now only flimsy excuses. I have multiple chat histories as evidence.

Um die Auszahlung beantragen zu können, musste ich mich vorher verifizieren. Habe ich getan und dann die Auszahlung von 3200 Euro beantragt. Im Chat sagte man mir, die Auszahlung dauert maximal 48 Stunden.
es hat keine Auszahlung stattgefunden und es gibt jetzt nur noch fadenscheinige Ausreden. Ich habe mehrere Chatverläufe als Beweis.

It’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. That’s why we advise players to be patient and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before they submit a complaint.

The verification is since 25.7. closed. Since then there have been excuses. The latest excuse is that if I want to withdraw with Ecopayz it will take a few days longer because Ecopayz are too slow with the transfers ...
