Hello, after I made deposit with my card an won and after completing my kyc they told me that the only method available to withdrawal is crypto, I cannot do it via bank or skill or revolut or any other method, then I made an account on crypto and asked for withdraw, then they informed me that I have to make a new deposit and some more info that I couldn't understand with commission and value of crypto currency. I just want my winnings please help me.

Could you please advise if your account is already verified and if yes, since when exactly? Did you accumulate your winnings with real money or did you use a bonus? When was the last time you spoke to the casino and what was it about?

Please note that it is common to deposit with a new method in order to verify the payment method so you can withdraw your balance after.

I have completed the kyc 2 days ago, i used the welcome bonus and completed the 3.500 euro turnover, i spoke yesterday with the casino and told me that the only method to w/d is crypto that i think this is unfair since there are so many other option that i know how to use and it is not somthing i dont know even how to buy crypto.


Giving me only one option of withdraw since they took my money with card is not fair. Skrill Revolut Bank transfe is not available but it is shown as options when i click on withdraw tab.

fyi until few hours before i could see this casino from your site (i joined them from your link on this site) here and since you responded on my complainbthe casino suddenly is not available for my country, this is strange. i made the complain from that page that now is not available.

In your situation there is no need for a deposit via crypto. We apologize, the support operator did not clarify the details before replying to you.

Thanks for your response, i tried with 2 min amount withdrawals to 2 currencies to check if i have set up my crypto account correct and if i have understood the procedure, thanks in advance for your cooperation. I will update soon!
