hello, i have problem with stickywilds casino. they are delaying my withdrawal of 39000 norwegian kroners (aprox. 3600 euros) for 15 days now. i have requested withdrawal on 04.01.21 next day casino asked for documents, and i sent them on 06.01.21. on 15.01.21 my account was verified. yes, it took them 9 days to verify my account. on 15.01.21 they sent me a letter stating that my withdrawal to my ecopayz account failed (didnt told me the reason). and asked me to make a new withdrawal via wire transfer . which i did. (transaction limit 5000 nok). so i made multiple withdrawal requests becouse 5000 is very low transaction limit. next day they asked documents showing my name, iban, swift. and i sent it. thay keep saying that i need to wait, when i ask how long should i wait? and the answer i get is that we dont have a time frame for that. now i have been waiting for 15 days. i will writte an update every three days. we will see how long it will take to get my money.

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m sorry to hear about your problem. Could you please advise if it were your first withdrawal attempt in this casino? Do I understand correctly that your payments are still pending inside the account without being processed?

It’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. That’s why we advise players to be patient and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before they submit a complaint. Assuming that you have completed KYC verification successfully and had your withdrawal approved, I truly believe it’s only a matter of time before you’ll receive it. my very first withdrawal was processed without any problems and they didnt asked even for documents. It was withdrawal of 16000 nok. I didn't withdraw all my winnings, i left some on my account to play with. and i won more. This time i requested withdrawal of 39000 nok, and all the problems began. They asked to send same documents multiple times, they dont know the time when documents will be processed, they dont know when withdrawals will be processed, they canceled withdrawals stating that withdrawals were approved but failed. Asked for more documents. Trying all possible ways to delay withdrawal. I am gambling for many years and i know what they are trying to do. They want me to cancel withdrawals and lose it, so they dont need to make transactions. But that's not gonna happen. This is first time i am waiting so long for my withdrawals to be processed. We will see how long it will take....

I have contacted stickywilds support today on 21.01.21 and i was told that the last document i have uploaded is not verified yet. And i was told that they dont have a time frame when it will be verified. I have changed loss limit to 10 nok a month in hope that it will speed up process.

Ps. Have lots of screenshots from chat with support if needed.

Quick update i have recieved 15000 nok out of 39000nok half an hour ago. Will give u update when i will recieve rest 24000nok

Quick update, today is 26.01.21 and i still havent recieved remaining 24000nok. I have contacted stickywilds support and i was told to wait for few days more. So i will give u an update after few days.
