The player from Finland is experiencing difficulties withdrawing his winnings due to a minimum withdrawal limit. We rejected the complaint because the player didn't respond to our messages and questions.
The casino allows you to deposit securely using a Visa debit card and promises in your offer that by depositing € 25 you can try to double your money and if this fails, the € 25 will be refunded to you. Well after playing I got the money up to just over € 79 and I sent a withdrawal request. It took 1 day when the casino was informed that it was not possible to send money directly through my debit card information, but only direct debit with a minimum amount of € 100 is offered as a withdrawal method. That is, it is virtually impossible to get money out unless it is taken out as some kind of bit currency. A friend of mine who also played on that page experienced exactly the same problem and couldn’t get the € 25 he played back for himself.
Dear Jonathan,
Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m sorry to hear about your problem. Please understand that limits for deposits and withdrawals are not managed by the casino exclusively. The payment providers may impose limits for the transactions. I have checked general terms and conditions, and this is what I found https://stickywilds.com/en/terms-and-conditions:
"The minimum withdrawal amount is 20 €/$ or equivalent in other currencies, unless explicitly stated otherwise in Terms & Conditions of the specific promotion. Due to restrictions of the payment processor the minimum withdrawal amount processed via Wire Transfer is 500 €/$/4500kr. For transactions within EU the minimum withdrawal amount processed with Wire Transfer is 100€/$/900kr."
I wish I could be of more help but please understand, that we can’t penalize the casino for minimum withdrawal limits. Have you tried to communicate this issue with the casino? Looking forward to hearing from you.
Best regards,
Petronela
Yes, I chatted at the casino with a customer service representative who just said that sometimes there is something wrong with withdrawal requests and they don’t go through. I was instructed to try to repatriate the same € 79 with the same method as before, i.e. directly to My Visa. As further instructions, it was given that if the repatriation does not go through, then I will come back to customer service to discuss. So now I am waiting for them to accept the withdrawal or not, after which I will be able to respond with more information!
I wish you best of luck Jonathan. Please keep me updated. I will be waiting for your reply patiently.
