Note, however, that they advertise that Skrill also operates in Finland.

Sorry for the late reply here, we only just noticed this complaint. We had some technical frontend issues where the Skrill withdrawal method was not shown for some users. Our tech team has delved into it and it should as of earlier this week be fixed. Please accept our sincere apology for any problems this has led to for you.
However, you still wrongly said that Skrill is not available in Finland, but in Germany, for example.
