The player's withdrawal is delayed for over a week. The complaint was resolved as the player received her winnings.
I joined this casino a few weeks ago my account is verified over a week ago. I made a request for a withdrawl, i asked how long for withdrawl and i was advised between 24 hrs and 72 hrs. They advised normally 24 hours and that my account was verified so should be less. I was on to them over the weekend and then they started telling me 7 days, i looked at there T&Cs and advised them it is up to 72 hours on their website. They have blocked my account and stopped replying to me.
