I've been trying to get a payout all month.
All possible payment methods are available for deposit.
I have almost all of them, whether Bank, MiFinity, EzeeWallet or Jeton.
I'm actually very flexible.
I have requested a payout to Jeton, so far everything is normal.
Ultimately, however, I do not get my money paid out. A "technical problem" is the reason. I forwarded this to Jeton: everything is fine with my account.
I tried again and again but never received my money.
Instead, my withdrawal function has now been blocked. I should open a Mastercard or a Bitcoin account to receive my payout.
As I said, while I'm flexible, I can't have all payment methods. Another problem is that I can no longer request a withdrawal and before that I have to deposit and implement the deposit.

This is my first payout and my account is verified.
I deposited with a bonus, but I couldn't convert it. Winnings come from real money.
I have now decided to open a Bitcoin account and am confident that I will receive my money this way.
As already mentioned, the casino asked me to use a different withdrawal option. In contrast to the payout, only Mastercard and Bitcoin are offered in addition to Jeton, I don't have them.

I should have received my payout via Bitcoin by now. Just like with Jeton, it didn't work either.
