susspensed acount for 75 days without prove... they say that i use illegal software for betting... i can explain every bets but there is no contact withs support... i try tpo withdraw money i send all documents and after 36hr answer that my acount is suspensed. dont deposit your money... this operator atlantic managment have really bad opinion... few more casinos belong to this group and others are really bad to...

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m sorry to hear about your problem. Please understand that it is a common procedure for casinos to audit players’ accounts. From our experience it may take 14 days, but every casino is different and has its own procedure which needs to be followed.

Could you please clarify if this complaint is sports betting related, or you’ve played in casino section?

i only bet on sports. i have Asperger's syndrome... i have very god member and analityc braine... it is not my fault... you can check in internet what is Asperger's syndrome... i am like rainman in casino whan i bet... they already say me on chat that i use illegal software to place arbitrage bets... why if i can win with every bookie... i can give you list of bookie that i get limit in last year... in one bookie i place bet not more than 20 euro and i get limited...


i dont even use free spins and no deposit spin in casino i dont need this i need to focus on betting becasue in betting i am like fish in water... and i feel comfortable whan i am betting.


i asked my manager from casino what i should to do right now... and she say that for me the best is not to place bet enymore... it is like warning... before that she asked me about one 'draw no bet' bet why i place this kind of bets so i say to her that this is safe bet if team not win i will have bet refund if team win i will win... they record all conversation... in first conversation i say her that i have apserger syndrome and i am like rainman in casino whan i bet...

thank you for answer. it is better that i lost money than other. now people will know that issue is not only with casino but wiht bookie to... i have many casino acount i mean bookie... and i check them for people... i dont need big money for win but it is better that somebody like me lost money than other. maybe somebody will read this and dont make mistake and do not deposit money to spinamba and other atlantic managment group. thank you for helping people you are god person. maybe 03.02.2021 i will recive my money or not i am just a dreamer... have great day
