The player from Canada has deposited money in to his account, but the funds seem to be lost. This complaint was successfully resolved.
I made a 1dt time deposit of 5$ and wanted to get bonus so aftr 1 hr of conformation of the funds coming out of my account I went to CHAT LIVE and asked the lady said my funds was returned back not approved and I said I have confirmation of funds approved your end she said nope it's for me to contact my bank then the funds went in to my account and I told her I thought u sId it was returned back to me she made excuses then I asked I want to speak to a manager there then I'm closing my account caz dont like being lied to then 1 sec later my account was deactivated by her and she ended chat. I chatted bck to someone else and told them the story and they ended chst on me..

If your deposit has never been credited to your casino account, the only thing I would recommend is contacting your payment provider. They need to investigate, but bear in mind, that it’s a complicated process which takes one month approximately. In these cases, casino has its hands tied.
