The player from Australia has requested a withdrawal three months prior to submitting this complaint. Unfortunately, winnings haven’t been received yet. After our intervention, we were able to help the player to get their winnings. The player confirmed they received the funds in the end. The Player’s complaint has been resolved successfully.

Ive been waiting since June for my withdrawal to be processed and still nothing! Every time i go to the chat I get told the same thing just to wait and be patient. Over 3 months and I still haven't received my money is not good enough, now when I try to go on the website its telling me its not available in my country try anymore! I have had a previous withdrawal from this casino and it never took this long! DO not recommend spin oasis.

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I can only imagine how frustrating it must have been for you to wait for a withdrawal for three months.

Do I understand correctly that your payment is still pending inside the account without being processed or it has been sent but never reached you? Could you please advise which payment method you have opted for?

It’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed, but almost three months is unusually long time.

However, I hope we will be able to help you to resolve this issue as soon as possible. Thank you in advance for your reply.

Hi yes that is correct it is still pending it has not been sent to my bank, I have chosen bank wire as my payment method. I have had a withdrawal from this casino before but it was over say 4 months ago which from memory I belive took around 14 days. All documents are up to date I played with deposited money not bonus money and played by the rules
