The issue is the following:

I deposit the money, at this time everything OK

I won money without bonus deposit and now casino not aprove my withdraw of 340€.

Always you try withdraw you need to wait 2 work days, for casino keep reject the ammount of my withdraw.


I create account in this casino and chat not support and emails answers slow...really bad....


is the 6th time i try withdraw my money
