The player from Norway is experiencing difficulties withdrawing his winnings because he cannot use a preferred payment method. The complaint was resolved as the player was able to withdraw with different payment method.
I got a message at my phone that we have a gift from you , log into youre account and make contact at chat to receive youre gift . I logged in and on chat i get a message that they transfered 250 NOK to my account , as a gift . I played Buffalo Rising and after several hours i wanted to withdraw 10 000 , but i had to play the amount i got as a gift 35 times i think , so 250 x 35 . After a while i was able to withdraw 9455 NOK . This was wednesday 25th november , at 0659 PM . I was chatting with them everyday to withdraw my money , but nothing happend . On friday afternoon they told me that they dont handle withdraws in the weekend , so i had to take in touch monday . So monday i was told they was going to transfer the money , but they had problems with the bank transfer to neteller ?? They was saying its better you get ecopayz . But for heaven sake , i want to use neteller . On chat they told me that most of the players now had ecopayz , and the neteller transfering system was shutting down in the nearest future ( 08 or 15 december ) . I told them that is a week or two before this will happend , and why not just withdraw my money . Again the chat provider told me its better i get ecopayz because of the problem with the bank to neteller . I cant understand why they are holding back my money , and why do not this is standing in the news or other players have the same problem ? I feel there is something serious wrong , and they are just making up stories to hold back my money , further and further . Yes i have transfered money before on slotanza , this autumn , all documents is uploaded and etc ... So its not that ! I do not understand why this is dragging out ?

Yes i have been transfering money from Slotanza and to Neteller before , without problems , this autumn . I deposit money to Slotanza , and withdraw money from Slotanza . This withdraw on november 25th is very delayd , and the excuse that neteller is the problem , i dont buy . I will send you relevant information to youre e-mail .

Yes , he said that , like an hour or two days . Just like they said wednesday 25th , and nothing more happening . And when i ask again they say the same , " that the transfer is on its way now , have a good day " . So i can wait to wednesday 2nd dec and ask them again , but i bet the answer is the same .
And why are they saying that its something wrong with Neteller and they cant use this transfer method ? Is this true , i dont know what to believe ... !
No i cant use any transfer method because its very restricted to Norway ! Neteller its the only transfer method ! Eco Payz will take me weeks to get with the mailing system , Slotanza will also run me several days with verification documents .
Neteller is functiable and will work fine . I cant believe they have tried to transfer the money . There is another explanation but they give me a " maybe an hour or a few days " explanation .
I transfered the money 25th december to Neteller , and today its the first december , and still no transfer has been made .
I also see they rejected my withdraw , and have made two new ones , and the last on is still remaining withdraw .
But tomorrow it has 48 hours since i was in touch with Slotanza , and i will ask them again and get a new explanation . And i will send you this information . If the money dont suddenly being transfered to Neteller , as i hope .

There is no new development in the case . The last thing today was the same that happens 3 times on a week . My withdraw is rejected , then re-registered again for the fourth time .
When i ask them on the chat they give me the same answer , " we will look into it " , but nothing happens . No one is helping . They say they pass it on to the relevant department , and the money will be on the way , but its not .
My withdraw is pending for the fourth time on a week , rejected 3 times with no explanation .
There is two days to friday , and they dont handle withdraws in the weekends i was told last friday .
So the summary is that i am still waiting for my withdraw that i made last wednesday 06.59 PM

Case closed . Slotanza was struggeling with neteller they said , and was advising me to get " Revolut " , so i did . They was very helpful on chat and they even called me on my phone to tell me how they was trying to send my withdraw .
Yesterday they got my " Revolut " information , and today all my winning was sendt to my Revolut app . Then the case is closed and there is nothing to complain on .
