An Irish player had a pending withdrawal that got cancelled by the casino due to a technical issue. Despite having tried a different payment method, the withdrawal hadn't been processed. After the player's interaction with the Complaints Team, the casino had approved the withdrawal and it got processed successfully using a fast transfer method. The player had confirmed the receipt of their winnings, thus resolving the issue. We had closed the case as 'resolved'.

Issue with this company. I have a withstanding withdrawal with them and they have cancelled it due to a technical issue. I used a different payment method and still waiting for it to be processed. Any one can help here. No one wants to seem to help either.

Please understand, that the variety and accessibility of payment methods are not managed by the casino exclusively. Several factors as the Licensing Authority, geolocation, contracts with the payment providers, and bank restrictions, all have a major influence. If a payment method was available for deposits, it doesn’t mean necessarily, that it will be offered for withdrawals too, also it can be discontinued at any time. Unfortunately, casinos are sometimes powerless and limited in offering payment methods to their customers.

Could you please advise if you have been informed about any alternative method to withdraw your winnings? Was your account verified successfully in the past?

The withdrawal has now been updated to status approved. It could take 5 days they have said and if not they would get the Financial department to look at it again. So I'm not sure. Just a bit anxious still .


I withdrew using a different method using fast transfer method. It has been approved now. Still not 100% convinced
