Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m sorry to hear about your problem.

I would like to warn you, that if your deposit has never been credited to your casino account, the only thing you can do is to contact your payment provider. They need to investigate, but bear in mind, that it’s a lengthy process which takes approximately one month. In these cases, casino has its hands tied. Meanwhile, I would strongly recommend not to deposit any more funds until the issue is sorted.

If the money got lost during the transaction, it’s going to take some time before it’ll be credited to your casino account.

When i remember correctly i filed two screenshots with this complaint. There you see the confirmation of the payment provider PayOp that everything is processed, the funds are already transfered to the casino and should appear in my account. But they dont. Thats the issue. The payment provider already confirmed again, that the funds are processed and not at the gateway anymore, therefore they did their job and cannot refund anything oft course. The casino got the money and neiter want to credit nor want to refund.

Did you also forward these documents to the casino (e-mail support not live chat)?

Please keep in mind, as advised above, locating lost transactions may take up to a month to be credited either to your casino account or back the the payment provider.

If it's been less, I can only advise to wait.
