Hi, as a new customer at selectbet.de I received a sports bonus, I bet and sales according to Bonus done and also successfully received a payout.
I then continued to play with the remaining money (without bonus) and. won, when a second payment (account balance approx. 1700, amount 850) was requested, all open bets were canceled, account balance 0 with accusation of violation of the terms and conditions (ridiculous, as single bets are limited anyway and no active bonus).
How can I defend myself?
