my dispute is not against 32 Red but against Savanna Wins. They are not on your list. I believe I am restricted at this casino although I have deposited and played. I have emailed the casino to find out what the restrictions are. Please see below evidence to suggest that I may be restricted. I would like my £150 back if that is the case . I also attach a screenshot of Savanna Wins sister sites.

Hello. Thank you for your response. I did not have any idea that there are restrictions placed on uk citizens and I would never have deposited and played there. I deposited £150 and lost it. Please can you make enquiries with the casino to ask about any restrictions. I have sent them an email and am awaiting a response

Thank you for your reply, Casbar1. Please note that we accept the situation when the casino allows players from restricted countries to open an account as long as they don’t use this as an opportunity to later cancel the player’s legitimate winnings. Simply said – if the casino allows players from restricted countries to deposit and play, they should pay out their winnings as well. However, if the player personally chose to make deposits and lost, we believe they are not eligible for any refunds because they could lose their deposits in the same manner at any other casino.

Therefore, I would like to emphasize, that we investigate further and help only those players, whose funds or winnings have been confiscated due to being from a restricted country.

i totally disagree with your theory.


i certainly will not make further deposits and believe I should get a refund of my deposits. A similar thing happened at Nine Win and I received my deposits back.


please contact the casino at please to ask them what restrictions are in place.


i would not have played nor deposited there if there were restrictions. See my point?
