The player from India has requested a withdrawal less than two weeks prior to submitting this complaint. The payment hasn’t been processed yet. After contacting casino and their affiliates we still weren't able to get a response.
I have an account on rrrcasino with username akash862 i made deposits of 1200 and 900, i didn't took any bonus and played casino games with real money and win 4040 rupees, on 1st October i requested withdrawal of 4000 rupees which was rejected by rrrcasino stating the reason that withdrawal was cancelled for my security and security team will contact me soon, then i tried to contact them on email id mentioned on their website and told them i am myself requesting withdrawal and also sent my documents to them for verification, however no reply was received from them, on 3rd October i again requested withdrawal of 4000 which remain pending for 6 days and then again rejected on 9th October,this time also they sent me same reason that withdrawal is cancelled for my security, and security team will contact me soon, however they are not contacting me , not even replying to my emails, looks like they are simply ignoring my emails and don't want to give me withdrawal, i have again requested withdrawal now 3 rd time but it is still pending and as usual casino support is not replying i request casinoguru team to kindly step in and help me, since casino doesn't operate with any licence only you are my last hope,

However, please bear in mind that it’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests.
That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint.
If your account has been successfully verified, your game history checked, your withdrawal approved by the casino, and you still haven't received your winnings by 14 days since requesting the withdrawal, we will intervene and do our best to help you.

Hii, i haven't made any successful withdrawal till now from them , Every time i request withdrawal it remains pending for 2-3 days then they simply cancel it, i have already tried to contact them several times via mail, but never got any reply from them till now on mail, furthermore there is no live chat support from them, only thing they provided is what's app number, i have contacted them on their what's app number and every time they keep on saying that your issue is forwarded to concerned department but no further reply i have got from there, i have aslo shared my transaction history here, it would be a great help if you can coordinate with the rrr casino and resolve the issue

We would like to ask the casino to reply to this complaint. We are extending the timer by 7 days. If the casino fails to respond in the set time frame, we will close the complaint as ‘unresolved’ which may negatively affect its rating.
Hii peter, the casino didn't replied here, neither they are replying on chat support, also i have checked their website and they don't hold any licence where i can raise the complaint, can you guide me what should i do now and how to get my money from rrr casino?
I have tried to contact the casino repeatedly but had no success. I'm afraid there is not much that can be achieved without cooperation from its side. Since the casino operates without a valid license and doesn't refer to any ADR service, there is no gaming authority to turn to.
I will mark the complaint as "unresolved" in our system. I understand this isn't a satisfactory solution to your issue. However, the decrease in the rating caused by unresolved complaints could help to change the casino's approach.
