I have been waiting for my withdrawl for over a month. They told me it would reach my cards in 10 days and its been 20 pass that. They made me send copies of bank account statements 2 weeks ago and still have not got back with me. When i call them they say the billing department will be emailing me soon and yet has not happen. They sure dont wait for their money on deposit time. Why should we have to wait so long. They need to let me know something. Cafe, Ignition, Bovada and slots lv can tell them i spend 10000s . They going to loose a good customer.

Hello Misty,

We have contacted the Billing Department representative and have been informed that a payout had been requested on July 3rd and approved on July 9th (4th business day), which confirms that there have been no delay with an inquiry. We've also been informed that transactions were posted to your card on July 11th according to the bank statement provided. Due to the processing miscommunication, only part of the winnings have reached you in amount of $180, the remaining $120 have been processed to the Bitcoin wallet provided.
