The player requested a withdrawal 2 weeks ago, but he still hasn’t received his winnings. The casino claims, there is a problem with transactions. The issue was resolved, the player received his winnings.
On November 16th I requested a withdrawal of 400€. The next day I received an email saying my withdrawal request was approved. Few days later I still haven't received my winnings. I contacted the support and they assured me several times it was paid out. After asking for a screenshot of the transaction they now tell me they actually haven't processed my withdrawal because they have problems with their bank. I feel like they are stalling and don't want to pay out my winnings. It's been 2 weeks now.

This was my first withdrawal and I requested a transfer to the same bank account I deposited with.
